Founded in the heart of Østerbro, Gourmet Catering has delivered culinary experiences for nearly 50 years. Our founder, Preben Vensby, set a high standard for gastronomic craftsmanship that remains an important part of our tradition today.
13 years ago, Stine Svan took over the company and, with her passion for food and innovation, has continued the legacy while modernising the menus.
We look forward to continuing this journey and creating flavourful experiences for our local community and customers for many years to come.
At Gourmet Catering, sustainability is a cornerstone of our business. As a company in constant development, we do our utmost to align with the UN’s 2025 sustainability goals, and we have already implemented a range of initiatives to minimise our environmental footprint. Our electricity comes from wind power in collaboration with Scanergi, and we prioritise organic, local ingredients that are in season. We reuse ingredients in new food solutions and ensure that our waste is recycled. Our takeaway packaging is made from environmentally friendly materials, and our entire workflow is fully digital.
